The loyalty program is a free offer for you! We want you to have even more fun while shopping and benefit from various advantages.
As a registered customer, you automatically collect points with every purchase (1€ = 1 point). Additionally, you can perform various actions to gather more points.
The number of accumulated points determines your rank, and each rank comes with different benefits.
Yes, you lose your rank if you don't make a purchase in the online shop within 12 months.
If you have logged in through your customer account, the discounts associated with your rank will be automatically added to the cart at the end of the ordering process. Other benefits can be manually selected on the Family Club page and then redeemed through the website.
The percentage discount from the loyalty program is not applicable during promotional periods such as Black Week, Summer Sale, or other sales events. Once you redeem the promotional code in the shopping cart, the loyalty program discount will be removed. The loyalty program discount does not apply to already discounted products.
The discounts apply to all products, except for already reduced items.
No problem! Just create an account with the email you used for the purchase, and all points from 2023 onwards will be credited to you.
Your purchases will be credited to you once the two-week return period has passed. Until then, the points are marked as "pending." If you return your products, these points will not be credited to your account.
In the case of a complete return or partial cancellation, redeemed vouchers will not be credited. Discounts on the entire shopping cart will be refunded proportionally in case of a return.
